NFLYou hear the rumors every year about this time that at least one or more of the NFL head cases are ready to make another go at a comeback and the 2013 NFL Football season isn’t any different!

Rumor has it that Terrell Owens is currently in training in hopes for another shot to once again play for an NFL team. Owens is currently 39 years old and feels that he can still contribute to any NFL team that is willing to give him the shot to prove that he can still play. Owens feels that the Chicago Bears would be the perfect landing spot for him due to his past relationship with the Bears new head coach Marc Trestman. Terrell Owens also points out that him on one side and Brandon Marshall on the other would be a lethal combination but are the Bears willing to take a flyer on a player who brings controversy most everywhere he goes?

JaMarcus Russell is another former NFL player that is also attempting a comeback in 2013. Russell is probably one of the biggest draft day busts rivaling Ryan Leaf! Russell is currently being mentored by X quarterback Jeff Garcia. The former LSU superstar is still tipping the scales at over 300 pounds but feels that if he gets another shot he will prove that he belongs in the NFL and that his drug problems are far behind him!

Chad Johnson aka Ochocinco is another former NFL wide receiver who is hoping to land a job with an NFL team in 2013. Chad’s anger issues and off field exploits killed his once promising NFL career. Second chances are rare in this game and in Chad’s case he has already used up his fair share of them and some. There is no doubt that Johnson can still play the game but at this point no team is desperate enough to take a shot on him not to mention put up with the disruptions that seem to follow him!
