NFL HelmetsAnother week comes to an end not only with great individual performances but also group performances.

Mike McCarthy – Packers HC

Having retaken the reins of what the offense does best has paid off almost automatically. McCarthy had decided to no longer call offensive plays, and handle the whole team to play better, but that did not give results. This week against the Cowboys, the Packers rushed for over 200 yards and actually had their more yardage total since Week 3 with 435.

Todd Gurley – Rams RB

The rookie carried his whole team in his back this Week 14 against the Lions with 140 rushing yards and led them to victory with two touchdowns, all in just 16 carries. In the previous weeks the defenses appeared to have succeeded in managing the attack from the Rams, but not Detroit they were simply unable to stop the new star from St.Louis.

Eli Manning – Giants QB

Great performance by Manning against Miami on MNF, no doubt, he completed 27 of 31 for 337 yards and four touchdowns thanks in part to Odell. With the win, the Giants still climbing in their division and therefore a place in the playoffs.

Russell Wilson – Seahawks QB

In the last four games this Seattle QB has had some serious numbers and with his 5 touchdowns that he threw this week he reached 16 in that period of time. No quarterback in the NFL is playing at Wilson´s level at this time.

Doug Baldwin – Seahawks WR

Knowing what Russell Wilson is doing to the league, one of his receivers needs to be at least at that level catching his passes, enter Doug Baldwin, who with three passes of the five touchdown that Wilson threw, plus 82 yards he turned his best performance for any WR this week.

Jordan Reed – Redskins TE

Reed became a cornerstone for the important victory for the visiting Redskins over the Bears, with nine receptions for 120 yards and a touchdown, Reed was the battery inside Washington’s offensive engine. Maybe he is not the best in his position, but when he is complemented well in the attack, Reed can be a constant threat.

Khalil Mack – Raiders OLB

Two sacks in a match is in very good level, three is for a player of the week, four is rarely seen, but five? These are numbers that end up making history. With those 5, Mack leads the league with 14 sacks and became one of the most important threats to quarterbacks in the NFL.

Isaiah Crowell – Browns RB

Since several weeks ago, Crowell and the Browns RBs  have been among the worst in the NFL, but now with 145 and two touchdowns against the 49ers, their running game has taken a new energy, perhaps only for one week, but because of it, they took the victory in their terrible season.

Odell Beckham Jr – Giants WR

The New York WR passing level may be the most dangerous in the NFL, if Beckham leaves the field wanting to shine. With 166 total yards with 7 receptions and 20+ yards receiving, it was hard not to include the young Giants WR in the list.

Oakland Raiders

Raiders season has been full of ups and downs, up until the 14th week, things have been slipping down, but very optimistic about the future, but the win against the Broncos this week leaves us a very clear message rather, the Raiders are not a team that fights the first selections of draft, maybe it’s still not a playoff team, but they are much closer to that, for what has been the past 10 years, the Raiders without a team that will soon cease bare the mark of reconstruction.
